Kollins-5 was founded in 1990 with the basic objective – publishing, translation and education activities. Over 100 titles, related to Bulgarian and foreign authors, as well as children’s and subsidiary literature have been released in the national book market with the logo of Kollins-5. As a translation agency, Kollins 5 operates in accordance with Contract No. 169/95-00-150/2001 with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs about certified translations from Bulgarian to foreign languages and from foreign languages to Bulgarian. In the course of more than ten years the Educational Centre of Kollins-5 successfully instructs candidates in Bulgarian language and literature for: the competition exam after the 7-th school year, candidate-students and secondary school graduates. Beginners and advanced are instructed in foreign languages such as English, Spanish, French, Russian, Swedish and Finnish as well.

Konstantin Kolev is a long-standing Bulgarian diplomat with more than 15 years of work experience in the UNO in New York, as well as publicist and writer. He has a great deal of publications in the press. He is the author of eleven books, including the novels: Moon Disease, New York, New York, The Global Village, The Pipe, What the Americans laugh at, The American Indians, Interculture in the Business with the EU-countries, etc. The founder and the owner of Kollins-5.

Paulina Koleva is an instructor in Bulgarian language and literature. She has graduated from Slavic Philology in the University of Sofia “Kliment Ohridski”. Master graduate at Bulgarian language and literature. She is the Author of the book collection Actualized tests in Bulgarian language and literature, preparation for the competition exam after the 7-th school year.

Konstantin Kolev-Jr. graduated in Spanish philology and International relations from the Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski”. He has a master degree in Nordic studies and International relations at the Malmo University in Sweden. He is a PhD candidate in art and culture history. He can Spanish, English, Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Finnish, and Russian languages. He has got certificates for the respective languages from Bulgaria and the correspondent countries. He has been dealing with translations more than 10 years. He is authorized and licensed as a translator by the Consular Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Bulgaria. He participates in international translation projects as well. He authored the compilations Norse Mythology and Finnish Mythology. He has academic and popular scientific publications on the historical and cultural relations between East Europe and Scandinavia during the so called Viking Age (8-12 century). Currently, his translation from Swedish to Bulgarian of a Swedish book about the Viking Age warriors and mythology is in the press.

Olga Koleva finished her studies at the 9 Alphonse de Lamartine French Language High School and she graduated in film production studies at the Bulgarian National Theatre and Film Art Academy. She made several independent short movies and productions. She authored five screenplays. She continues developing in the area of cinema and partakes in Bulgarian and international projects. She has cmpeted in Bulgarian and international film competions where she scores first and second. She can French and English. She is a translator and editor with French and English.

Yana Koleva finished her studies at the Constantine Cyril Philosopher National Lyceum for ancient languages and cultures as well as Cultural Studies at the Sofia University St. Kliment Ohdirski. Her specialization is philosophy and cultural studies. She can Latin, Ancient-Greek, English and Russian. An editor and proofreader of Kollins-5 editions.

Chaya Koleva also finished her studies at the Constantine Cyril Philosopher National Lyceum for ancient languages and cultures with specialization in French language and culture. She won in prestigious Bulgarian and international poetry competitions. She participates and manages a great deal of international projects related to the young people’s integration into the European culture. Currently, she is a student in Political sciences and International relations at the elite university of the French town of Dijon, a subject that several French presidents graduated.
